Banana Split Smoothie
Great tasting after your morning workout

Ingredients

(10 oz.) firm tofu

chocolate syrup

large or 2 small ripe bananas

crushed pineapple
|
|
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Whip until smooth. Serve very cold.
